This is our 2 bed lodge, built on a grid of 3mx3m piers, the building is 12m x 6m and 4m high. The building splits down the middle for relocation. It consists of a super insulated timber frame made from locally sourced Douglas Fir and Western Red Cedar cladding. The insulation is YBS roofboard which requires no more breather mebrane, thus minimising the need for counter battening, the building is heated by a small woodburner and all exterior glazing is Pilkington K glass.
